ZIUR COMPOSITES OBTAINS FUNDING FOR ITS PROJECT “INTEGRATION OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS FOR NEW STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS IN FOLDING BICYCLES.” IMIDCA/2021/55

Aiming to develop new advanced manufacturing processes for the manufacture of folding bicycle frames with highly integrated metal inserts, ZIUR’s project involving a reduction in manufacturing costs of folding bicycles with advanced properties has recently been recognized with public funding support.

In total, the project has received a grant of €102,476.00 through the R&D SME, R&D COOPERATION PROGRAMME (PIDI-CV, PIDCOP-CV), from the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE), whose funds will be used entirely for the development of structural elements based on the new advanced manufacturing processes included in the project, which will lead to innovative solutions for the sustainable urban mobility sector.
